Vault's 2027 Quality of Life rankings reveal a shake-up in BigLaw, with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP claiming the Overall Best Law Firm to Work For title. This marks a shift from the previous year, when O'Melveny & Myers LLP held the top spot.

• The rankings reflect responses from over 20,000 law firm associates surveyed between October 22, 2025, and January 23, 2026.
