By accessing or using any website operated by the LegalTech Network — including legaltechevents.com, legaltechroles.com, legaltechatlas.com, and legaltechdigest.com (collectively, the "Sites") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

The LegalTech Network operates four interconnected websites:
- LegalTech Events — a directory of legal and legal technology conferences, summits, and events worldwide.
- LegalTech Roles — a directory of legal technology jobs and career opportunities.
- LegalTech Atlas — a directory of legal technology products and companies.
- LegalTech Digest — a curated news publication covering legal and legal technology developments.
We aggregate publicly available information and present it in an organized, searchable format. LegalTech Digest also publishes original editorial content that synthesizes and links to third-party reporting.
3. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Sites. Event details, job listings, product information, and news coverage are sourced from public information and may change without notice. Always verify details with the original source before making decisions based on our content.
Content on the Sites is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for specific legal matters.
4. User Submissions
Several of our Sites accept user-submitted content, including event listings, job postings, and product listings. By submitting content, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any submitted content at our discretion. Submitted content may be enriched with additional publicly available information to provide a more complete listing.
5. Featured Listings, Sponsorships, and Payments
We offer paid promotional services including featured listings (on LegalTech Events, LegalTech Roles, and LegalTech Atlas) and sponsorships (on LegalTech Digest). All purchases are processed securely through Stripe.
Promotional fees are non-refundable once the listing or sponsorship has been activated. The specific benefits of each tier are described on the relevant pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes do not affect existing purchases.
6. Use of AI and Automated Processing
We use artificial intelligence and automated tools to assist with content curation, enrichment, and quality review across the Sites. AI-generated or AI-assisted content is reviewed for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that such content is free from errors. LegalTech Digest articles may be synthesized from multiple sources using AI, with editorial oversight.
7. Intellectual Property
The Sites' design, branding, code, and original content are owned by the LegalTech Network. Event, job, product, and company information displayed on the Sites is sourced from publicly available data and remains the property of the respective owners.
You may link to the Sites and share individual listings, but you may not systematically scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of any Site's content without written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or spam content
- Attempt to interfere with the Sites' operation or security
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Sites in bulk
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose
9. Third-Party Links
The Sites contain links to third-party websites (event pages, employer career sites, product websites, news sources, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the LegalTech Network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites, reliance on any information, or purchases made through the Sites.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
